Gordon Gallic began his career as a private mortgage broker almost by accident.  As a long time Eugene real estate agent, he had been personally involved in several transactions that required unique financing to get to closing.  It occured to him that other agents must have the same issues and that there was clearly a market for non-conforming real estate loans.  Soon thereafter, Gordon started his own company dedicated solely to placing investor funds into common-sense, well-secured real estate loans.  Gordon has closed hundreds of real estate loans over the past 16 years without one loan ending in a foreclosure.  He prides himself on creating successful loans for both investor and borrower.

Kerrie Johnson graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Marketing and Finance and started her professional career in the Escrow industry.  It was in this capacity that she met Gordon Gallic and became familiar with his private lending business.  After 12 years as an Escrow Officer and Escrow Manager, Kerrie agreed to bring her experience into a partnership with Gordon.  Kerrie joined Gallic Financial in the fall of 2005.  Kerrie brings her knowledge of the title and escrow industry as well as local connections to her new position as loan originator.  Kerrie intends to continue the long tradition of conservative and ethical private lending practices pioneered by Gallic Financial.
